ALL SHIPPING
All products will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise stated then an alternate provider may be selected. Allow 5-7 days for delivery unless you choose a faster method of delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Track orders with the tracking option. Standard shipping charges will apply to all products shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Jake's will ship worldwide to any qualified shipping location via UPS and U.S. Postal Service. Please note all Shipping outside of these United States may cost extra based on the weight and destination. All or any "free shipping" or "shipping included" offers will apply to ground shipping via a carrier of our choice and include only destinations within the 48 contiguous states.
GUARANTEE
Jake's guarantees all products quality and their expiration dates and will provide replacement ONLY for the item(s) damaged or for any related product issues specifically and for the loss of flavor of any product(s). You may choose to receive alternate same value product(s) pending receipt of the damaged or offending items at our offices. Jake's will notify you directly when the item(s) are received. In addition items that are prepared and shipped by Jake's and that are later proven to have been damaged during transport or delivery will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by Jake's Famous. Customer must contact Jake's within 30 days of the purchase date and support the damage by forward images/pictures of the damaged product(s) in the original shipping container. In addition Customer must reference the receipt as proof of purchase of damage products. Once confirmed Jake's Famous will then issue a confirmation number and will replace the product(s).
