A fantastic and easy to make Crockpot Fish Filet Recipe with Jake's Dry Rub Seasonings.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Pounds White Fish (Cod, Sea Bass, Talapia, Catfish)
- 2 Tablespoons Jake's Pure Santa Maria Dry Rub
- 1-2 Lemons thinly sliced
- Fresh herbs (flat-leaf parsley, basil, or tarragon)
- Jake's Aloha salsa or Store bought salsa
1. Season both sides of the filleted fish with Jake's Pure Santa Maria Dry Rub. Set Crock Pot to High. Place some herbs and lemon slices in the Crock Pot. Place the fish in Crockpot and cover the top of the fish with herbs and lemon slices.
2. Cover and cook on High for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until fish is no longer translucent. Remember cooking times will vary with the thickness of the cust of fish.
3. After fish is done remove lemon slices and top with salsa or tapenade.
Serve.
